Qualatex Deco Bubbles are made of stretchy plastic that protects and displays latex balloons, preventing oxidation and making them last longer. Inflate Deco Bubbles with a latex regulator until wrinkles disappear from the seam and tie tightly. When double stuffed with a 16'' latex balloon simply tie the latex balloon like normal. Deco Bubbles do not have valves and are designed for use by balloon professionals. Use Deco Bubbles to create: Deco Gumballs, Balloon Garland, Deco Double Bubbles and much more. Please note the balloons are clear once fully inflated. When uninflated the balloons appear to have a cream tint but this is not visible once inflated.
