We now offer Customer Order Collections

We offer customer order collections direct from our collection point warehouse and Showroom based in Great Barr Birmingham. All collections are Mon - Fri between 10:00am & 16:30pm, some Saturday's and late evenings during busier times such as Halloween and Christmas. All collections are normally available within 24hrs after ordering depending on stock availability, we may be able to offer same day collection on some orders.

To collect your order from us you will need to choose one of the following options

opt 1 Call our sales line "08432 897109" and place your order over the phone, you can pay by Credit Card £1.00 credit card processing fee applies or Cash payment on Collection no fee applies. We will advise you when your order is ready for collection (normally within 24hrs Mon Fri)

Opt 2 Place your order via our website and choose "Customer Collect C/C" which will enable you to pay by Credit card online, there is a £1.00 credit card processing fee for this service, or choose Customer Collect cash Payment no fee applies. We will advise you via email when your order is ready for collection (normally within 24hrs Mon Fri)
